Meet Richard

Founder & Real Estate Professional

Richard brings a wealth of international experience to the Irish property market. He began his career in accountancy, obtaining a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy in 1994. He went on to qualify as a barrister and solicitor in Nigeria in 2004, training with prestigious firms such as Aluko & Oyebode, Matrix Solicitors, and Detail Commercial Solicitors.

He later served as Manager, Joint Ventures (and acting Litigation Manager) at UAC Property Development Company (UPDC), one of Nigeria’s leading real estate developers and the biggest real estate player in Sub Saharan Africa.

Since relocating to Ireland, Richard has continued to expand his expertise, earning a Master’s degree in Global Financial Information Systems (MSc GFIS) from South East Technological University (SETU), a program recognized as Ireland’s top postgraduate course in 2013 and 2015. He graduated with a Second-Class Upper Division in 2016.

Richard is a fully licensed real estate professional in Ireland, graduating with Distinction and holding all four property services licenses, he is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and is also partly qualified as a solicitor with the Law Society of Ireland.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching films and keeping up with international news and developments in global law.
